Materials we install
Porcelain tile
The South Florida standard — durable, water-resistant, and available in large formats up to 48" with leveling systems for flat results.
Luxury vinyl plank
Waterproof, quieter underfoot, and quick to install. A popular choice for bedrooms and condos with sound requirements.
Engineered wood
Real wood surface on a stable core that handles humidity better than solid hardwood, glued down over the slab.

Flooring FAQ
Do I need to move my furniture?
Please clear small items and valuables. We can move standard furniture between rooms as we work; pianos, safes, and very heavy items need specialty movers.
How much extra material should I buy?
Typically 10% for straight layouts and 15% for diagonal or herringbone. Keep a box of leftovers for future repairs.
