Terms of Service
Effective October 15, 2026
These terms apply to services provided by All Purpose Contracting Services, Corp. ("we," "us"), 7200 NW 169 Terrace, Hialeah, FL 33015, and to your use of allpurposecontracting.us. Each project is also governed by a signed written contract; if the contract conflicts with these terms, the contract controls.
Estimates and proposals
- On-site estimates are free. Written proposals describe the scope, materials, allowances, schedule, and payment milestones.
- Proposals are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise, because material costs change.
- Work begins only after a contract is signed.
Payments
Contracts set out an initial deposit and progress payments tied to completed milestones, with the final payment due at substantial completion and walkthrough. We do not ask for full payment in advance.
Change orders
Any change to scope, materials, or schedule — whether you request it or conditions require it (for example, hidden water damage) — is documented in a written change order with its cost and schedule impact, signed before the change is performed.
Permits and inspections
We apply for the permits your project requires and schedule inspections. Permit fees are listed in your proposal. Regulated work such as plumbing and electrical is performed by appropriately licensed professionals.
Your responsibilities
- Provide access to the work area and to water and electricity;
- Obtain association or landlord approvals when required (we'll help with documents);
- Make selections by the dates in the schedule — late selections can delay the project;
- Remove or protect valuables and fragile items from work areas.
Florida Construction Lien Law
Under Florida law, those who work on your property or provide materials and are not paid have a right to enforce their claim for payment against your property. We provide lien releases from subcontractors and suppliers with progress and final payments upon request.
Warranty
We warrant our workmanship for one year from substantial completion, unless your contract states a different term. Manufacturer warranties apply to products and materials. Our warranty doesn't cover damage from misuse, lack of maintenance, settling, storms, or work by others.
Delays
Schedules are estimates. We're not responsible for delays caused by weather, permit review, inspections, material shortages, hidden conditions, late selections, or other events outside our control. We'll notify you promptly and update the schedule in writing.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages such as lost rent or temporary housing costs, except where caused by our gross negligence.
Complaints and dispute resolution
Contact your project manager or support@allpurposecontracting.us / (305) 821-6457. We'll acknowledge within 1 business day and respond in writing within 10 business days. If we can't resolve a dispute, both parties agree to try good-faith mediation in Miami-Dade County, Florida before filing suit, except for small-claims matters. These terms are governed by Florida law.
