Cabinets, countertops, and impact products are made to order. Finalizing selections early is the biggest thing you can do to shorten a timeline.
Permits take time
Review times vary by city and season. We submit as soon as drawings and selections are complete.
Hidden conditions
Older homes can hide water damage or outdated wiring. If we find something, we'll show you and adjust the schedule in writing.
